DAMAGED ITEMS
In the rare circumstance that you receive a damaged/faulty product, please notify us immediately and we will replace it Free of Charge. 

CANCELLATION
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. 

RETURNS
MoonHanfu will not be responsible for the cost of returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it in
- in its original packaging.
Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund immediately after inspection.

Moon Hanfu will not bear responsibility for any order that could not be delivered due to the refusal of the parcel by the recipient.
